Onwards & Upwards Consultancy was created to support early years settings to improve quality in ways that are meaningful, achievable, and sustainable. Founded by Rebecca Stronach, the consultancy draws on extensive experience across the sector, including leading nursery and ASN settings and supporting quality assurance at both setting and wider service level.
Rebecca understands the realities of early years practice and the pressures that come with delivering high-quality care. Her approach is collaborative and practical — working alongside teams to build confidence, strengthen practice, and help settings clearly evidence their impact, while always keeping wellbeing and professional integrity at the heart of improvement.
